Drilling & Chipping Works
Anandh Infra undertakes controlled drilling and chipping works for construction, repair and building-services projects. The scope can include openings and penetrations in concrete or masonry, removal of selected concrete or finishes, and localized structural modification carried out to an approved method. The work is planned to limit disturbance to surrounding construction and to coordinate with other trades.
Before work starts, the client or responsible engineer must confirm the location, size and purpose of each opening or removal. Reinforcement, post-tensioning, embedded utilities and structural capacity must be checked using project information and suitable scanning or investigation where required. No structural element is cut or altered without the required written approval.
