Dr. S. Muruganandam, also known as S. M. Anandh, is the Founder and Managing Director of M/s Anandh Infra and serves as its Managing Partner. He leads a fast-growing engineering and infrastructure firm with over 28 years of experience across infrastructure and real estate, including more than 27 years of direct experience in civil engineering and construction management. He holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, with a focus on Supply Chain Management. His experience includes vendor management, vendor assessment and development, supply-chain management, and optimization. The World Human Rights Protection Commission in New Delhi awarded him an Honorary Doctorate in recognition of his professional experience. With over two decades of EPC experience, Dr. Anandh oversees corporate strategy, capital allocation, joint ventures, and high-risk procurement. He has guided the firm’s expansion into mass transit, high-rise residential, and industrial infrastructure, and overseen significant residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. He leads cross-functional teams, negotiates contracts, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages complex civil engineering projects from end to end. His expertise also includes value engineering, advanced project management, and a strong focus on safety standards. As a key decision-maker, he has transformed Anandh Infra from a regional contractor into a leading, multi-disciplinary, nation-building enterprise. Under his guidance, the company delivers projects with innovative engineering solutions, sustainable construction practices, and safe, timely, on-budget completion.
